Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for your order! We are elated to have your support. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

  • Most of our orders go out within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping generally takes 2-5 Business days from the date of purchase and to receive shipping confirmation. (excluding weekends and holidays; this does not include shipping times
  • Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 3-5 days (First Class) or 2-3 days (Priority) for your items to reach you. All orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. 
  • Resilient Woman Co is not responsible for orders that are lost, mishandled or misplaced by UPS or USPS.
  • If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
  • Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at UPS or USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

 

Shipping Processing Time

All online orders are processed within 2-5 business days not including the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. You can select to pick up your order in store. Please refer to our In Store Policy regarding all pickup orders. We ask that you carefully consider processing time when selecting desired arrival of any shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see remaining shipping time.

Please check to ensure your email is correct before submitting your order.

Resilient Woman Co is not responsible for packages once given to courier including lost or stolen packages. In the event this does occur please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. RWC are not liable and assumed NO responsibility for packages that have been tracked as delivered and are missing, damaged or stolen.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone.
