In Store Policy

All orders placed before 5:00 PM CST Monday-Friday are processed SAME BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST Monday-Friday AND orders placed on Saturday are processed the next business day.

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. All pick up orders will receive instructions via email on location and time of order availability. Please carefully consider processing and pickup time when placing your order.

Orders not picked up within 3 business days will be canceled. For security reasons, please bring your confirmation email and identification in store. If you will be unavailable to pickup your package, please contact us at hello@resilientwomanco.com to have your order held at our store location. 

If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please email hello@resilientwomanco.com with any questions and include your order number in the reference.

All sales are final when purchased in store. All online orders are subject to our Return Policy. 

Same day in-store pickup is available. Follow the steps below:

1. Place order online and choose the "Pick Up" option.

2. An email will be sent for you when your order is ready for pickup. Typically ready within 1 hour. Please contact us at 409-225-5512 with any concerns.
